A client’s warehouse department was identifying certain errors within its Power BI dashboard when data clearly did not reflect reality observed in operations. Working closely with the client, the YCP Unison team worked to redefine data sources and calculation methods within the system so that the dashboard accurately reflected their real-life operations.

The client was experiencing a high level of delay and standby times, exceeding expected levels of initial set up targets which were being recorded on their equipment fleet. By working with YCP Unison on data visualization of their existing fleet data, decisions could be made more easily that resulted in reduced delays.

A client’s mine plan compliance was below target because its team was not following a unified align goal but isolated department targets. This lack of alignment made it difficult to leverage tools and resources available on site effectively. YCP Unison worked with them to improve their short-term planning approach.

A client needed a strategy to improve mine plan attainment to meet daily targets and implement a revised 24-hour plan for easier corrective action. Up until the engagement with YCP Unison, weekly plans divided into daily targets had low productivity levels due to the constantly shifting and dynamic nature of the operation.

A gold mining client was looking to improve coordination in its drill and blast operations and increase the production of drilled holes by shift. YCP Unison worked together with the client to implement short interval controls using its proprietary SIC D&B tool.
